Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Johnson City, New
York, 13790! Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Staff - Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 36 Experience: Six (6) months to three (3) years of
nursing experience required. License: Current RN License required.
Certifications: BLS Certification required. Must-Have: Experience
in a cardiac telemetry department, including but not limited to
TAVR, watchmans, mitral clips, heart catheterizations, preop/post
op open heart procedures, cardiac IV and PO management, cardiac
drips, anticoagulant management, CHF, CP, arythmias, NSTEMI, STEMI,
PE, post op CABG, sepsis, pneumonia, stroke management, observation
patients, TR band use, and groin management. Description: The
Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for protecting, promoting, and
optimizing health and abilities. This includes the prevention of
illness and injury, as well as alleviating suffering through
diagnosis and treatment. The RN advocates for the care of
individuals and families. They are accountable for compliance with
all standards of practice and professional development in alignment
with nursing policies. The RN promotes a caring and healing
environment for patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include
assessing, planning, delegating, coordinating, implementing, and
evaluating nursing care for a group of patients. They serve as a
primary nurse and/or accountable nurse as designated by unit
assignment. Nurses utilize a working knowledge of pharmacology and
safely administer medications according to established policies.
Sharing responsibility for productivity and effective resource
utilization is essential, including staffing and time management.
The RN actively participates in professional development and
continuing education while incorporating nursing research into
