Job Description Staff Today is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN House Supervisor for a per diem / prn nursing job in Elmira, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Per Diem Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to work at a facility in Elmira , NY. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $65 / hour *W2 Shift Details: - part-time night shift RN supervisor Job Responsibilities: - Oversee daily nursing operations and staff assignments - Ensure patients receive proper care and treatment - Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance - Provide guidance and support to nursing team - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies - Assist in training and onboarding of new nurses - Address patient or family concerns and resolve issues - Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff - Maintain accurate patient and staff records - Report to nursing director or facility manager regularly The requirements are: - At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor. - A valid and current RN license issued in the state of NY - A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) - Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
