Nurse, Medical-Surgical Step-Down – New York Start Date: February
9, 2026 Location: Rome, New York Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00
AM Highlights: Medical-Surgical Step-Down unit caring for adult and
geriatric patient populations RN-to-patient ratio of 6:1 Night
shift schedule with 12-hour shifts Collaborative environment
utilizing Paragon EMR and Pyxis medication management systems
Step-down and telemetry monitoring experience utilized daily
Requirements: Active New York State Registered Nurse license 1–2
years of step-down or telemetry experience required Current BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification Current ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) certification NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
