Opportunity Details: Location: Oswego, New York Position: Pulmonology Critical Care Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM) Start Date: As soon as possible Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Schedule & Call: Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday/Sunday: Flexible 10-hour shifts Call: No call required Practice Model & Patient Care: New service line addressing an increased need for Pulmonology & Critical Care services ICU Coverage: 8 private rooms (typically utilizing 6 rooms with MD supervision) 24/7 ICU Telemedicine Services available for support Outpatient Care: Includes clinic and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab Procedures & Cases: Consult and manage critical care patients in the ICU Preferred experience: Central lines Intubations Thoracentesis Paracentesis Collaboration with other service lines when procedural assistance is required Technology & EMR: EMR System: Meditech Compensation & Benefits: Highly Competitive Base Salary: $425K Sign-On Bonus: $25K Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K Student Loan Assistance: $30K ($10K per year) if applicable Paid Time Off & CME Time Off: Competitive PTO package CME Allowance: $5,500 for annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, 403B, life, and disability coverage Malpractice Coverage: Provided by Oswego Health This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified/Eligible Pulmonology Critical Care Physician to join a growing service line with strong financial incentives and work-life balance!
