well-established health systemCompensation & Incentives:Base Salary
Range: $320,000 - $374,000 Based on qualifications, experience, and
market alignment. Additional Compensation Opportunities:Incentive
plan with no earnings cap - significant upside potential in year
one$25,000 geography stipend for full-time primary care physicians
in Delaware CountyUp to $45,000 residency stipend available up to
18 months before graduationSign-on bonus up to
