Job Description:
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible
Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a
well-established practice in Lowville, NY. This opportunity arises
due to an upcoming retirement and offers strong patient volume with
excellent APP support. Position Highlights: Base salary: up to
$358,000 (75% MGMA) $50,000 start/relocation bonus RVU productivity
bonus (paid quarterly, >75% MGMA) Established practice: 120
patient visits/week Minimal call: only 2 3 days/month for primary
care group after-hours calls Supported by two Family Nurse
Practitioners Benefits: Occurrence malpractice coverage CME
allowance, 6 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays Premium health & dental
insurance, disability policy Retirement: NY State pension or 401K
