Nursing Facility in New Jersey is seeking an experienced and
motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who

high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Oversee
all nursing operations and clinical systems throughout the
facility. Ensure full compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state
regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote
teamwork and clinical excellence. Manage staffing, scheduling,
education, and performance evaluations. Drive quality assurance
initiatives, survey preparation, and performance improvement.
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to
achieve care and operational goals. Promote a positive,
compassionate, and responsible workplace culture. Qualifications
Active RN license in New Jersey. Previous DON or ADON experience in
a Skilled Nursing Facility required. Strong understanding of
long-term care regulations, PDPM, infection control, and survey
processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational
skills. Dedication to resident-centered care and strong team
