PeopleMed a division of All About People is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Delhi, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 01/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Hospital Unit: Physical Therapist Patient Care Setting: ? Primarily outpatient physical therapy, with occasional inpatient coverage for acute care and swing bed (rehab) settings. ? Outpatient experience is preferred. Shift and Schedule: ? Day shift, Monday through Friday. ? 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (per New York State labor law). ? Occasionally scheduled Saturday coverage. Patient Population and Case Types: ? General Outpatient: o Pre- or post-operative orthopedic conditions (e.g., joint replacements, rotator cuff injuries, acute orthopedic injuries). o Chronic conditions (e.g., arthritis, chronic pain, balance issues). o Neurological conditions (e.g., CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s Disease). o Sports-related injuries. ? Inpatient (occasional): o Acute care and swing bed rehabilitation cases. Specializations: ? No specific specialty required. Case Volume: ? 15 patient slots per 8-hour day (30 minutes each). ? 1-hour slots allotted for new patient evaluations. Technology and Treatment Modalities: ? EMR System: Epic (workstations on wheels available for point-of-service documentation). ? Treatment Modalities: o Ultrasound, electrical stimulation, Saunder’s mechanical traction, paraffin therapy. o Equipment includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and upper body ergometers (UBE). Interview Process: ? Preferred: Zoom interviews. ? Alternate: Phone interviews available. ? Every effort will be made to expedite the process Certifications Required: ? Active New York State Physical Therapy License. ? Current BLS certification. Preferred Experience: ? Outpatient physical therapy experience. PeopleMed a division of All About People Job ID 1863.
