Job Opportunity Job Summary The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist CT
will ensure the evaluation of Radiology procedures, equipment, and
staff is conducted accurately, timely, responsively, and reliably.
Key stakeholders include employees, Medical Staff, patients, and
regulatory agencies. Emphasis will be placed on activities that
directly enhance customer service. Job Responsibilities - Maintain
confidentiality of patient and hospital information. - Comply with
all hospital policies and procedures related to incident reporting.
- Perform other related duties as required. - Execute CT procedures
as requested by referring physicians. - Demonstrate adherence to
radiation safety practices for both patients and co-workers. -
Participate in all Radiology Management System functions concerning
patient procedures. - Provide patient education as necessary. -
Communicate effectively with referring physicians and radiologist
staff to ensure efficient delivery of CT procedures. - Abide by the
service delivery standards of the Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology
Department in interactions with patients, visitors, employees, or
other customers. - Adhere to recognized clinical principles,
methods, and procedures during the performance of CT procedures.

Education Required Education: Associate’s degree in radiologic
technology. Certifications & Licensure - NYS Radiology Technologist
license (NYS Department of Health) - ARRT(R) - BLS Certification
(AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross) - NYS Injection certification
Preferred Certifications & Licensure - ARRT CT Registration
Schedule Notes Day rotational schedule; 40 hours per week (7 on/7
off, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM). ARRT (CT) required, with experience in
