Job Description Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Upstate New
YorkBC/BE AnesthesiologistFull-Time PositionPosition Overview:
Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join a
well-established and growing practice. Join a collaborative team of
10 physicians and 20 CRNAs. Coverage provided at two local
hospitals, with optional shifts at a nearby third facility. Case
mixes include all procedures, including light cardiac. Call
schedule: 1 in 4, with resident involvement. Compensation &
Benefits: Base salary: $625,000 with incentive potential up to
$650,000. Retention bonus after one year. Path to partnership with
salary increase after two years. Full benefits package including
pension and defined benefit plan.Location Highlights: Located in
the Southern Tier of Upstate New York. Easy access (2 5 hours) to
NYC, Buffalo, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Canadian cities
like Toronto and Montreal. Enjoy nearby attractions including
