(Evening Shift) Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing
Facility team. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for
nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to
residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care in accordance with
facility policies and standards. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor and
document patient progress and report changes in condition to the
healthcare team. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to
ensure comprehensive care for residents. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date medical records. Support residents with daily living
activities, ensuring comfort and dignity. Adhere to infection
control and safety protocols at all times. Requirements
Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled
Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting. BLS certification
(required). Strong assessment and clinical skills. Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate approach to
