Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Montour Falls, NY Contract Type: Long-Term Specialty: Long-Term Care Start Date: November 25, 2025 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 5x8 (Evening Shift) Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor and document patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
