Pay Information $2,132 to $2,232 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Telemetry / Med-Surg Facility: Endless Mountains Health Systems – Montrose, PA Unit: PCU and Intermediate Care Unit Start Date: 11/10/2025 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00–07:00) Patient Ratio: Days 1:5, Nights 1:6, Weekends 1:6 Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend Float Requirement: None Job Description: Endless Mountains Health Systems is seeking a skilled Med-Surg / MS/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality care for a mixed population of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role involves managing telemetry patients, titrating cardiac and insulin drips, and performing advanced nursing interventions in a 25-bed unit. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry and patient vitals. Titrate cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem) and insulin drips per protocols. Administer medications, subcutaneous insulin, potassium runs, and IV therapy. Perform foley catheter insertion and manage patient lines. Report abnormal lab values, oxygen saturations, and patient status changes. Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services. Serve as charge nurse when required.
