Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Montrose, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Facility: Endless Mountains Health Systems Location: 100 Hospital Dr, Montrose, PA 18801 Unit: PCU and Intermediate Care Unit (Combined IMC/MS/Tele) Start Date: 07/28/2025 Duration: 13 weeks of Positions: 2 Schedule & Staffing - Shift: Nights (3x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00) - Weekends: Every other weekend - Patient Ratios: - Days: 1:5 | Nights/Weekends: 1:6 - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (40-hour rule applies for OT). Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Certifications - Minimum Experience: 2 years (MS/Tele or PCU/IMC). First-time travelers accepted. - Hard Requirements: - Must have experience titrating: - Cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem) - Insulin drips (IV protocols) - Charge nurse experience. - Certifications: - Required: ACLS, BLS - Preferred: PALS - Skills: - Foley catheter insertion, potassium administration, cardiac monitoring. - Reporting critical values (low K, O? sats). - Charting System: Meditech (experience required). Patient Population - Age Groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. - Daily Census: 12 | Unit Size: 25 beds.
