experience Description: The RN Telemetry I will provide care to
patients in a telemetry setting. Responsibilities include
monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms. The nurse
will assess patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare
team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the
physician. Documentation of patient care and progress is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to educate patients and
their families. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
is required. Adherence to policies and procedures is critical to
ensure patient safety.
