Job Description PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Watertown, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel MS RN/n60 MILE RADIUS RULE/n12hr Nights - weekend, holiday and call required/n7p-7a/n13 weeks/nRN should be comfortable Floating to Med/Surg and PCU/nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing./nTraveler must hold CURRENT NY license./nCoronary Care experience needed as well/nTraveler should have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment./nFirst time travelers will NOT be considered./nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing./nBLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire./nPossesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual./nMust recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner./nMust be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills./nStrong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate./nMay be required to assume duties as a charge nurse./nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required./n440228 About PHP At PHP, you are always the first focus!
