Job Details Primary Responsibilities Install and maintain plant equipment to ensure operations and production run smoothly and prevent downtime. Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely completion of work assignments in line with project schedules. Ensure work readiness for scheduled tasks and collaborate with the Operations Department and other teams to adjust work schedules as required. Oversee the development and progress of team members’ qualifications and training. Act as the point of contact for training coordination, collaborating with training partners to ensure compliance with both short-term and long-term training requirements. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support team members while requiring minimal supervision. Previous experience using Primavera P6 and Syntempo. Must have an understanding of basic maintenance on manufacturing/plant equipment. Interested in hearing more?
