Job Description GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a local contract Pharmacist for a local contract job in Watertown, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Local Contract Permanent Pharmacist Job Watertown, New York Annual Salary: $105,206.40 - $121,971.20 looking for a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The pharmacy department services patients of all ages to ensure safe and effective use of medications. Our Pharmacists ensure that patient care is maintained through compliance with department's policies, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Pharmacy, and other applicable regulatory bodies such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission. Shift: Rotating 8hr Shifts (days, evenings, occasional nights). Rotating weekends required. Participates in interdisciplinary patient care rounds, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to help maximize patient outcomes. Compares patients’ medication history obtained against inpatient orders to ensure accuracy. Ensures medication regimens are appropriate and follows hospital established policies and evidence-based guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, antimicrobial use guidelines, renal dosing, and serum drug concentration protocols. Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
