You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and foster the professional growth of our home health aides. Pay per Visit Sup/Post Hospital: $60 Reassessment: $75 Initial Admission: $90 weekday/ $125 weekend Visiting Client Territory: Binghamton, and surrounding areas. Schedule: Visits planned with the required presence of the patient's aide. Office Address: 65 Pennsylvania Ave Suite 220, Binghamton, NY 13903 Mileage Reimbursement: Provided at the current federal rateYou will... Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases. Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff. Performs initial nursing assessments Counsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs. Assigns and coordinates services provided. Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient's condition/needs.
