Registered Nurse - Home Care, UHS Home Care PHCShiftAll ShiftsHours per week:40Salary range:$35.26 - $56.53 per hour, depending on experience.Overview*** Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus for Eligible Applicants***Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. Works with the Nursing Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient specific plan of care in accordance with the physicians orders.#IND2Education/ExperienceMinimum Required:Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.License/CertificationMinimum Required:License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.About United Health ServicesUnited Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New Yorks Southern Tier region.
