  Common patient diagnosis: Cardiac procedures, cardiac and thoracic surgeries, IABP, Impella, transvenous pacers, CRRT, paralytics, sepsis, multi-system organ failure, chronic ventlilators, occasional ECMO
  Common drips/medications
  EPIC Charting
