Weekly Pay Range - $2402 To $2668 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Adult Medical-Surgical Job Duration: Full-Time Shift: 12-hour day shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Experience with COPD, CHF, pneumonia, orthopedic injury/surgical procedures, hypertension, and age-related deconditioning is preferred. License: Active New York license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Familiarity with EPIC charting system Job Description: - Administer care to patients with conditions such as COPD, CHF, pneumonia, orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, hypertension, and age-related deconditioning - Perform occasional procedures such as thoracentesis and emergent intubation - Administer medications including normal saline, IV antibiotics, antihypertensives, diuretics, analgesics, and bronchodilators - Utilize medical equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, Roche glucometer, kangaroo omnipumps, EZ lift patient handling equipment, bladder scanners, and Zoll defibrillators - Ensure accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system
