Job Description:
*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to
join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide
high-quality medical assistance.*PART TIME - PER DIEM
ONLY**Responsibilities*- Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by healthcare providers- Monitor and assess patients'
conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team- Assist in
patient education and health coaching- Maintain accurate medical
documentation and records- Perform infection control measures to
ensure a safe healthcare environment- Collaborate with the medical
team to provide comprehensive patient care- Utilize eClinicalWorks
or similar software for medical charting- Provide acute pain
management and critical care support- Assist with infectious
disease care and prevention- Conduct laboratory tests as
required*Experience*- Must have a valid LPN license in the state of
practice- Experience in acute care or critical care settings is
preferred- Proficiency in medication administration and medical
documentation- Familiarity with travel nursing is a plus- Strong
knowledge of infection control practices- Ability to provide health
