Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing
patients' needs, planning and providing speech therapy treatments
for patients with speech/language problems, including swallow
dysfunction. Able to carry out written prescription/referrals from
physician. Also provides community education programs and other
related work as required. NYS license (No CFY's) or eligibility
required. ASHA CCC's required.
