• Position Overview
  • A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
        • Preferred:
          • At least 1 year experience in health care setting with evidence of having obtained proficiency in those areas emphasized in the LPN curriculum.
          • Previous experience in pediatric care setting.
          • Familiarity with Pediatric Vaccine
          • License/Certification
            • Minimum Required:
              • Current NY State LPN license.
              • Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment.
              • Preferred:
