We hold the organization and each other to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior.Job Description:The Division of Speech-Language Pathology in the Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Binghamton University is hiring for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The successful candidate will be a creative individual who is responsible for providing therapy with community partners. The assignment will be to work primarily on early intervention clients, and other types of populations will also be assigned based on the individual's interest. These are 12-month positions, starting July 1st, 2023 and ending on June 30th, 2024 (Note: there is an option to continue for a second year). The Research Foundation at Binghamton University offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which will include the use of a computer and significant continuing education funding. Each SLP will be assigned to a specific clinical placement in the community. The SLP will be responsible for the caseload and helping the Division of SLP integrate with the community placement. Additionally, there will be opportunities to supervise undergraduates and graduate students in the placement. Both individuals with their Certification of Clinical Competence of eligible for the Clinical Fellowship are invited to apply. Support and mentoring will be provided.Requirements:

  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences and Disorders
  • Candidates must be eligible for a New York License Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (Clinical Fellowship Considered) and be eligible or hold a license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in New York.
