Job Description:

ASC-2809 - RN Home Health - Binghamton, NY - 13 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare staffing is looking for experienced Home Health RNs to work with our client on one of their teams.

Shift: 8.00hr AM - 04.30 PM

Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate care plans
  • Apply care plans according to individual patients
  • Assess outcomes and manage care plan modifications as needed (documentation through OASIS software)
  • Provide nursing services based on the care plan devised (G-tubes, J-tubes, Trachs, wound care, etc.)
  • Supervise nursing assistants in their everyday work such as bathing and grooming
  • Administer medication as instructed
  • Manage emergency procedures

    Requirements:


    • Acute care experience
    • HomeCare HomeBase/Pointcare experience
    • At least 2 year of experience in Home Care as an RN
    • Currently BLS certified
    • Valid driver's license
