Athens Health and Rehab is seeking a Full Time Director Of Nursing/DON/RN for our 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Athens, PA!*OFFERING A SIGN-ON BONUS & UP TO $135,000/yr.*Responsibilities: Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department Audits nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance maintained to ensure holistic care for our residents. Makes daily rounds for observation of the care of residents Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintains Infection Control practices and documentation for all staff and residents. Responsible for ensuring education is provided as needed in collaboration with the management team.Qualifications: Registered Nurse RN with a minimum of supervisory/leadership experience in nursing in a long-term care setting.
