Job Description:
Our client, a self-funded health plan solution with
reference-based pricing and provider partners seeking for a Chief
Information Officer
Position Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire
Location: Fully Remote
Job Duties:
The CIO will develop measurable performance criteria to address
core metrics relating to cost, service, efficiency, and
quality.
The CIO will report to the CEO and work closely with the Executive
Team & Senior Leadership.
The ideal CIO candidate will possess the ability to energize,
influence, and build accountability through effective communication
and the fostering of productive, supportive working relationships
throughout all levels of the organization.
He/she will possess proven skills in vendor/contractor negotiation,
possess strong budgeting and financial acumen, project management,
leadership, and communication skills.
The CIO will provide leadership, vision, and oversight for
information systems and technology with a focus on service
excellence, quality, efficiency, and integration with overall
responsibility for the direction, coordination, and management of
all technology, clinical, and administrative functions.
He/She must adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive
in an autonomous and deadline-driven workplace.
The successful candidate will be expected to build strong and
supportive collegial relationships to develop and execute
technology strategies, to assure achievement of the overall
system's strategic goals and objectives

the customer including any issues that arrive with the sales

Financial Acumen - find a balance between technology and business
through budgeting, networking and researching.

Support 15% annual organic growth in revenues and 25% in EBITDA
growth
2-5% in annual cost improvement/optimization for IT and TPA
operations
Reduce data / security risk by 50% near term
10% annual reduction in manual transaction processing by Implement
businesses processes improvement initiatives
