An award-winning teaching hospital located in upstate New York is currently searching for an experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to join their accredited healthcare team.This state-of-the-art acute care hospital is home to nearly 200 licensed beds and provides comprehensive care to over 600,000 patients annually. The Nurse Manager will work within an acute care hospital system that provides advanced services such as open-heart surgery, specialized cancer treatments, emergency and trauma care, cardiac and vascular care, neurosurgery, perioperative services, women's health, pediatrics, and much more. This hospital is proud to be nationally recognized as a center of medical excellence and strives to continue to offer the best possible care for each and every patient.Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager will lead all clinical and administrative operations of the Dialysis unit. The Nurse Manager is directly responsible for the unit personnel management, hiring and educating of new and existing staff, ensures regulatory readiness with all governing bodies, guarantees high levels of quality patient care, and manages the cost containment of the unit.
