THE WORK Subcontract Administrator in support of production,
development, and global sustainment subcontracts on the MH-60R
Programs Mission Systems for multiple contract types, acting as a
focal point to major subcontractors. Work to include: - Prepares
request for proposal (RFP) packages and conducts bidders’
conferences, ensuring adherence to LMAP - Develops subcontract
specifications and work statements - Develops and negotiates
subcontract Terms and Conditions - Writes subcontract contractual
letters, evaluation packages, cost/price analysis documentation -
Prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts procurement
of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts
- Works closely with supply chain program manager (SPM) and the
supply chain management Team (SMT) to collectively obtain supplier
results. - Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or
modifications to subcontracts. - Participates with contracts
administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and
procedures. - Selects or recommends subcontractors to program team
and SMT - May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within

package Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree from an accredited
college • Experience in Supply chain, program planning, program
finance, program management, operations, and/or engineering. •
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
with experience in writing concise letters, documentation, or
internal and external communications. • Advanced written and oral
communications abilities Desired skills • Experience with Federal
Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and (Defense Federal Acquisition
Regulations (DFAR) • Experience with Lockheed Martin Acquisition
Process (LMAP) • Analytical skills for supplier proposal
evaluations • Negotiations Skills including pricing, delivery and
terms & conditions • Exposure to proposal activities including
development of RFP packages and competitions/source-selections •
Organizational skills to document procurement folders accurately
and to LMAP requirements • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic
environment. • Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency and
accountability, and ownership of tasks. • Experience placing
purchase orders through P2P system (Procure to Pay) and/ or SAP •

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $66,000 - $114,425. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
