to our customers around the world. THE WORK As an Electrical
Engineer (Staff) on the Owego Electrical Installation Design team,
which includes both electrical wiring?design and systems?power
engineers, you will serve as the lead for harness designs in
platform and/or lab environments. Key Responsibilities - Control
Account Management (CAM) and Work Package Management (WPM) -
Program performance — Earned Value Management (EVM), cost,
schedule, and quality Statement of Work (SOW) analysis, proposal
development (genBOE), and program baselining - Requirements
analysis, Interface Control Document (ICD) analysis, development of
one?line interconnects, point?to?point schematics, and
cable?harness assembly drawings (primarily in Zuken E3) - Peer
review and EPDM release; Technical Data Package (TDP) deliveries -
Cable build and production or installation support - Leading small
teams of colleagues on larger designs - Mentoring and coaching
less?experienced team members - Potential customer
engagement/travel, such as aircraft surveys WHO YOU ARE You are a

and defense. Basic Qualifications B.S. degree in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field. Emerging subject?matter expertise in the following:
ability to analyze Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and
system?architecture diagrams, then design and draft one?line system
interconnect diagrams, lower?level point?to?point schematic
diagrams, and associated military?specification custom
cable?harness assemblies to meet platform or lab requirements.
Includes ability to perform cable?harness part selection, conduct
peer reviews, and manage engineering configuration?management
tasks. Demonstrated use of applicable government specifications and
standards, as well as industry documents such as MIL?DTL?38999,
ANSI/IPC?A?620, SAE?AS50881, and ASME Y14.100. Project lead
experience (agile task breakdowns, IMS planning, control account
management, work package management, earned value management), and
coaching/mentoring of junior engineers. Ability to obtain a U.S.
security clearance. Desired skills Experience with the following
tools: Windchill/EPDM, AutoCAD, Zuken E3. Experience with
systems?power tasks such as MIL?STD?704, power distribution,
electrical loads analysis, and power?quality compatibility

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
