We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our engineering and maintenance team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. Your expertise will ensure our operations continue seamlessly, supporting our mission to enhance brand efficacy and customer experience across various sectors. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging machines and related equipment Identify faults and carry out repairs to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and modifications to equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Document maintenance logs and report on daily activities Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Proficient in reading schematics and mechanical drawings Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with standard industry tools and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or Mechanical Systems
