Lead the design and analysis of mechanical systems, equipment and packaging. Conduct research, perform tests, and modify equipment to achieve energy efficiency and sustainability goals. Supervise the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure project completion within scope, budget, and timelines. Evaluate and recommend design modifications based on field observations and performance data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, along with industry standards. Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, particularly with software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science. Experience in FEA and CFD analysis. Robust problem-solving skills and ability to apply analytical thinking in real-world scenarios. Knowledge of environmental and energy regulations and standards (such as ISO, ASME). Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Energy Management (CEM) is advantageous.
