Manager, Architecture. Placemaking Community Design Lead impactful,
community-driven projects as a Senior Project Manager in our
Placemaking Community Design Studio. You'll oversee complex
architectural projects from concept through construction, managing
teams, resources, and client relationships to ensure high-quality,
on-time delivery. This role blends strategic leadership, community
centered work, design excellence and technical rigor, perfect for a
licensed architect ready to shape neighborhoods and grow a dynamic

nationwide. Our services span civil/site engineering,
transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape
architecture, architecture, planning, environmental services, land
surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast and construction

improve lives. What You’ll Do as an Architecture Senior Project
Manager Lead design strategy and collaborate with high-performing,
cross-functional teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to
align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
Successfully lead projects of varying size and complexity from
initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project
kick-off. Manage project budgets, financial performance and
reporting, scope, schedule, and staffing. Oversee project billing,
client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to foster
high-performing teams. Prepare winning project proposals and serve
as primary client contact throughout the process. Support new
business development efforts in collaboration with the Client
Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s
capabilities, and building lasting client relationships.
Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and
municipal approvals. Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional
organizations, business boards, and community activities.
Requirements: What You Bring, Your Expertise as an Architecture
Senior Project Manager Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a
related field from an accredited university 12 years minimum of
professional project design, technical and management experience
required. NY Registered Architect, or ability to obtain it. Client
relationship, staff management, and business development experience
required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative
Suite, and Microsoft Office. Dedicated to fostering trusting
relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active
listening Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound
judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. Proactively own
projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced, growth environment. Curious and improvement-minded,

Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 annually Actual compensation will
vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. The
listed salary range does not guarantee specific pay or reflect
