Job Description Job Description Machine Maintenance Mechanic for small, family-owned company in Rome, NY. Hours: 5:30AM-2:00PM, or 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay: $25/hr. The Machine Mechanic must be experienced with: - Tool & Die making equipment including digital & standard mills, surface grinder, and metal lathes - Motors & Electrical Systems - electrically inclined/knowledgeable - Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to determine repairs needed, make & install parts, and return the machine to operation. - Air & pneumatic systems - Knowledge of tool steel & heat treating - Ability to work on machine with tight tolerances of as little as .001 to .003 - 4-slide & 6-slide product machines, coining machines, and presses - Programming for CNC wire forming machines Qualifications: - MUST have Tool & Die machine experience to be considered - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Welding experience is a PLUS - Pre-Employment background check is required Company Benefits include 401k (with company match), Health & Life Insurance, Paid Holidays & Vacation Time For more information, please contact Staffworks at 315-735-5050, or apply NOW at www. staffworkscny.com!
