Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a motivated Lead Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership for machine programming across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on driving efficiency, standardizing programming practices, and supporting automation and capital projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of programmers across several sites. Develop and enforce programming standards and documentation. Oversee CNC programming for accuracy and efficiency. Support equipment installations, automation initiatives, and capital projects. Collaborate with engineers and operators to resolve manufacturing issues. Maintain version control, optimize toolpaths, and manage post-processors. Provide training on new equipment and processes. Translate engineering drawings into machine-readable formats. Continuously improve programming for speed, accuracy, and material usage. Qualifications 3 years of CNC programming experience; multi-axis programming preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is a plus. Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 Benefits: Bonus Offered Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO) Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
