You'll Be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on
plant equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and
implement effective solutions Operate tools and equipment safely
and efficiently Collaborate with team members to support production
goals Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair
mechanical systems Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding,
and fabrication Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to
learn and adapt to changing technologies and procedures Conditions
of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer
pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and
background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing
drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily
in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical
equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated
