Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a
dynamic and innovative Engineer, Strategic II to join our committed
team in the Engineering & Architecture department. This role
focuses on developing and implementing strategic engineering
solutions across our diverse portfolio, including power generation,
renewable energy, and energy management. The successful candidate
will contribute to shaping energy infrastructures that are
efficient, sustainable, and aligned with progressive environmental
standards. Develop and implement strategic engineering solutions
for energy production and management. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to design and enhance systems and processes
that meet regulatory compliance and company objectives. Lead and
support project management activities, ensuring projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical
specifications. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic
decisions and improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and
technological advancements to ensure the integration of best
practices into strategic planning. Prepare technical reports,
presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and
results to stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of energy systems
engineering and architecture. Proficient in project management
tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptable to new technology and rapid changes in the energy sector.

(Professional Engineer) license preferred. PMP (Project Management
Professional) certification is advantageous.
