Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in comprehensive energy solutions, is
seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will focus on the design, analysis, and
inspection of structures within the energy sector, including power
plants, renewable energy installations, and gas/oil infrastructure.
Your expertise will help ensure our structures are safe, efficient,
and sustainable, directly contributing to our mission of powering
and empowering countless homes, businesses, and public sectors
across the U.S. Perform structural analysis and design of new
energy structures and assess the integrity of existing ones. Work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams on large-scale energy
projects, ensuring design specifications align with regulatory
compliance and performance standards. Prepare technical documents,
including engineering specifications, design calculations, and
project timelines. Conduct risk assessments and propose
enhancements to improve the structural reliability of energy
facilities. Provide technical guidance during construction phases
to ensure all designs are implemented with precision. Stay abreast
with industry advancements and apply innovative solutions in
structural designs. Lead field investigations and perform
structural testing and monitoring as required. Proficient in
structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, SAP2000, or
similar. Strong understanding of industry standards and building
codes relevant to the energy sector. Ability to manage complex
projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving,
analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge in sustainable
design and construction practices. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional
Engineer) license required. SE (Structural Engineer) certification
desirable.
