Job Description:
Constellation is a leading energy company providing innovative
power solutions across the U.S. We are seeking a skilled Electrical
Engineer to join our dedicated team of professionals. This role
focuses on the development, design, and optimization of electrical
systems and solutions within the energy sector, aiming to enhance
operational efficiency and sustainability in the power distribution
and generation segments. Design, test, and implement electrical
equipment systems for power generation and distribution. Analyze
project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting
design including electrical loads, system requirements, and energy
calculations. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers
to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with existing
infrastructure. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry
regulations and standards. Monitor the installation and operation
of electrical systems to ensure efficiency and safety. Provide
quality assurance on ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to
timeframes and budget. Prepare detailed documentation, including
design specifications and maintenance manuals. Proficiency in the
use of electrical design software, such as AutoCAD Electrical,
MATLAB, or similar. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical
Code (NEC) and other relevant standards. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and
meet strict deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly
desirable. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is
beneficial but not mandatory.
