What You'll Be Doing Leading and overseeing maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and enhance productivity. Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with a focus on continuous improvement. Managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to support effective maintenance operations. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards while promoting a culture of workplace safety. What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide maintenance teams and drive operational excellence. Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, with a focus on efficiency and safety. Ability to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks while adapting to evolving operational needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Commitment to fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and adherence to safety protocols. Work Environment This role operates in an industrial environment, requiring physical activity, exposure to various weather conditions, and the ability to respond to operational needs.
