Job Description:
Chief of Otolaryngology - Build a Regional ENT Program $830k
Income $200k Bonus If you've ever said, "I could run this place

the resources to back you up. Lead the Vision: Chief-level role
with 30% protected administrative time Build and scale a regional
ENT service line across multiple sites Big Picture: Current
staffing = 7 MDs, 2 APPs; Plans to add 7 MDs and 4 APPs Teach
medical students and residents if desired (academic title included)
Earning potential $830K (based on actual production by peers)
$200,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year commitment Full suite of
benefits: health, malpractice with tail, 403(b), life, CME 4- or
5-day workweek with 1-2 dedicated OR days (block time guaranteed)
Full surgical support including robotics and modern OR suites Locum
supported call ensures it will never fall below 1:4 Bread and
butter ENT with optional subspecialty work (Head & Neck, Inspire,
