Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support
elementary students in New Berlin, WI. This position involves
delivering specialized speech and language therapy to a diverse
student population, helping them overcome communication challenges
to thrive academically and socially. The role is offered as a
full-time contract for the current school year (CSY). Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments, creating
individualized therapy plans aligned with students' needs.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve communication
skills for pediatric populations. Collaborate with teachers,
families, and other educational professionals to support student
progress. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in
compliance with educational and clinical standards. Participate in
multidisciplinary meetings to address students' goals and
accommodations. Qualifications and Desired Skills: Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist license with a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in school settings,
specifically with elementary-aged children. Strong understanding of
pediatric speech and language development. Ability to design and
implement individualized educational plans (IEPs). Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. Location: Elementary School
