Our client, a leading organization in customer service
solutions, is seeking a Customer Service representative to join
their team. As a Customer Service professional, you will be part of
the customer support department supporting clients and ensuring a
positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional
attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Customer Service Location: Conklin, NY Pay Range: $18 Shift:
11 : 00AM - 7:30PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Handle
outbound calls to provide customer support and information Assist
customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality What's
Needed? At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
required Ability to work on-site in an office environment Ability
to complete and pass a skills assessment Strong communication and
problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a high level of
