Job Description:
Outbound Call Center Representative – $18.00/hr Our client in
Conklin, NY is seeking a dependable, customer?focused Outbound Call
Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll
contact existing customers to assist them with upgrading systems
they previously opted out of. This is not a sales position. Your
goal is to provide helpful support, answer questions, and guide
customers through a smooth upgrade process. Walk?in interviews are
available at our local branch Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm at:

assist with system upgrades Providing clear, friendly communication

customer service experience Ability to work on?site in an office
environment Ability to complete and pass a skills assessment Strong
communication and problem?solving skills Comfortable working in a
