Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a EHS
Manager to join our Construction Management Team. This mid-level
role is critical for ensuring job site safety, regulatory
compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple construction
projects. You will work closely with project managers, site
supervisors, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment
and drive continuous improvement in safety practices. Key
Responsibilities Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
for construction projects in compliance with OSHA and local
regulations. Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and
hazard assessments. Investigate incidents and near-misses,
recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with construction
teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures. Deliver
safety training and toolbox talks to field personnel. Monitor
safety performance metrics and report findings to management.
Support emergency response planning and ensure readiness on all
sites. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering,
Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related
field. Minimum 3 years of experience in safety engineering or
construction safety roles. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and
construction safety regulations. Excellent communication and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and
travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience
in healthcare construction projects or similar regulated
environments. Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST)
