Location: Waukesha, WI (outskirts of Waukesha) Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Compensation / Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus $500 after 90 days $500 after 6 months $1,000 after 1 year of continued employment Position Overview: Swimming Pool Services, Inc. is constantly working toward creating the perfect team — and we need you to help fulfill our vision of making it easy for customers to have a private paradise in their backyard. This is a hands-on construction driving role for someone who enjoys outdoor work year-round, is task-oriented, and takes pride in ownership and results. You will support our in-ground swimming pool construction team by operating dump trucks and assisting with labor-intensive pool build tasks. This is not a job where you sit in a truck all day — you’ll be active, working with the crew, and home at night.
