As a Senior Maintenance Scheduler in our Facilities & Maintenance department, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities essential to our operational excellence. Your expertise will ensure that maintenance work is scheduled efficiently, resources are effectively allocated, and all maintenance operations align with our goals for sustainability and reliability. Develop, plan, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works. Coordinate with various department heads to gather work and resource requirements. Optimize resource allocation and track maintenance budget. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Use maintenance management systems to forecast, plan and track maintenance activities. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment. Analyze maintenance data to improve practices and reduce downtime. Proficient in maintenance planning and scheduling tools, such as SAP PM or Maximo. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of the energy sector and its regulatory environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project management certifications such as PMP can be advantageous.
