                • For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or TopSecret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain aclearance within one year of appointment.QualificationsGENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training whichindicates the candidate can reason in quantitative terms,communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner,understanding the terminology and data pertaining to repairoperations and process characteristics of the production activity.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 monthsexperience, education or training preparing job or work orders;scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility;following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arrangingfor adjustments in materials, machine processes, and work sequencingallowing for changes. Experience with current automation supportprograms to input data, provide status of equipment, and monitor joborder status, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts,track repair parts status, etc.MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to theeffective date of placement. This is an excepted service positionthat requires membership in a compatible military assignment in theemploying state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently amember of the National Guard must be eligible for immediatemembership.
